SAFARI ITINERARIES-2 DAYS 1 NIGHT –
LAKE MANYARA and NGORONGORO CRATER
Day 1.
Leave Arusha at 10.00 am and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for full day game drive with lunch packets. Dinner and overnight at Jambo camp site or Manyara Lodge.
Day 2.
After breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive with picnic lunch. Late evening drive back to Arusha
Lake Manyara National Park is famous for pink flamingos which graze by the thousands, yellow-billed storks and herons, the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world, and the famous tree climbing lions-the only kind of their species in the world!
Ngorongoro Crater, called "Africa's Eden" and the "8th Natural Wonder of the World" is famous for huge herds of zebra, wildebeests and lions, and are the ony park to view the endangered black rhinos.See Native Masaai herd their cattle and goats as they have for centuries.
